At DIAZ Paris , your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy, starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a refund, please meet the following conditions:

1. The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of excessive wear.
2. Products must be accompanied by all accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity and original packaging.
3. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
4. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is ours.
5. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used for the original purchase, within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
6. Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged for an item of equal value.
